Wild Lights
T’was a night before Christmas, and all through the park, not a creature was stirring as the evening grew dark. With the animals tucked away safely for a long winter’s night, the Zoo suddenly brightened with thousands of tiny lights. There were carolers singing and tasty treats, too. Now there’s just one thing missing– we’re all expecting you!
Join us Wednesdays-Sundays from November 25- December 31 for a Holiday Light Spectacular at Cameron Park Zoo.
Hours of Operation:
Monday & Tuesday– Closed to public- Available for private events. Contact specialevents@cameronparkzoo.com for booking information. (Except for December 19, 20, 26 and 27- These nights will be open to the public)
Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday– 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. (Last entry at 8:00 p.m.)
Friday & Saturday– 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (Last entry at 9:00 p.m.)
Christmas Week hours: Open December 19-23 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Closed December 24-25.
Activities
- Stop by some of our favorite local food trucks and enjoy a warm beverage, sweet treat or yummy dinner! (Nights vary)
- Please note that the animals will not be on exhibit during Wild Lights- Be sure to come back during regular Zoo hours to visit them!

November 30- College Night- Show your student/faculty ID and receive $5.00 off your ticket PLUS join in on the Silent Disco in our Saltwater Aquarium

December 21- City of Waco Employee Night- Show your City of Waco Staff ID and receive $5.00 off your ticket
