H-E-B Zoo Stampede
November 14 @ 7:00 am - 11:00 am
Run with the speed of a jaguar and join us on November 14th for the H-E-B Zoo Stampede!

You’ll need to be at the top of your game to outrun this year’s Zoo Stampede animal representative — the Jaguar!
Known for their explosive bursts of speed, Jaguars can reach up to 50 mph, making them one of the most powerful predators in the Americas. As you race through the Cameron Park Zoo Stampede course, imagine channeling the strength, agility, and speed of this incredible big cat.
Jaguars are the only living members of the Panthera genus native to the Americas and are the third-largest big cats in the world, behind only tigers and lions. Though often mistaken for Leopards, Jaguars have larger, more complex rosette-shaped spots that frequently feature a dot in the center.
Their range stretches from the Southwestern United States through Mexico and Central America, deep into the Amazon rainforest, and as far south as Paraguay and northern Argentina. Excellent swimmers and skilled ambush predators, Jaguars are powerful symbols of speed, stealth, and strength.
Whether you’re racing for a personal best or simply running for fun, channel your inner Jaguar speed and register today!
Registration is limited to 875 runners. Early registration guarantees your race spot, commemorative race t-shirt, and finisher medal.
