Adopting an animal for yourself, or as a gift, is both rewarding and fun! The Zoo is currently home to over 1,300 animals from around the world, many of which are rare and endangered. Your adoption purchase helps the Cameron Park Zoological and Botanical Society continue their efforts with conservation, education, and animal enrichment.

The perfect gift for your favorite teacher or a fun way to treat an entire classroom/group!
What your class will receive:

- Adoption magnet for classroom display (mailed or picked up at zoo)
- One 10-15 minute Zoom meeting with a member of our education staff and your adopted animal! (Lion, Tiger, and Otters are unavailable for classroom adoptions)
Patron Adoption- $250 (Not available for Penguins or Sloths)
What you’ll receive:

- Animal fact sheet (emailed)
- Photo of your adopted animal (emailed)
- Adoption magnet
- One behind-the-scenes tour with your adopted animal and one of the animal’s keepers (up to 4 guests). Behind-the-scenes tours must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
Part of the Pack Adoption – $300 (Not available for Penguins or Sloths)
