Cameron Park Zoo is the perfect place to gather. Our unique spaces bring people together in a setting full of life and wonder and every event directly supports vital conservation, habitat preservation, and emergency support efforts. Evening Events FAQ

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Evening events must be scheduled two weeks in advance to ensure staff, animal areas, and facilities are available for your group.

What happens if it rains?
Our events are rain or shine! We’ll do our best to adjust or reschedule if severe weather impacts animal visibility or guest comfort.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside catering is welcome. Alcohol, however, must be provided through Zoo-approved bar services due to our liquor license.

Is admission included in the rental?
Admissions is not required in evening events, there is an after-hours fee for animals to remain out but admissions is not required. 

Is there a deposit required?
Yes, a $250 deposit is required to reserve your date.
