2013 Camp dates and topics ~

Zany Zoology:
June 10-14 & July 8-12
Mammals, birds, reptiles, fish, amphibians and invertebrates, oh my!  There are many groups of animals that live at Cameron Park Zoo.  Campers will learn about characteristics that make each of these groups of animals unique.

Habitat Hunters:
June 17-21 ~ K-1st is full & July 15-19
From the ocean to the savannah, there are many unusual habitats here at Cameron Park Zoo.  Explore the Zoo and learn about these different places that animals call home.  Campers will have the opportunity to go behind the scenes and talk with keepers about how they maintain these habitats.

Zoofari:
June 24-28 & July 22-26 ~ K-1st is full
Take a tour through Africa, Asia, North and South America, while staying right here in Waco.  Discover which animals live on these different continents.  Campers will learn about the many different animals who call Cameron Park Zoo their home and will get the opportunity to meet some of our zoo residents up close.

Zoo Tales:
July 29-August 2 ~ This camp is full!
This is a half-day camp for children ages 3-5.
Learn about animals through books and art activities.  You’ll also get to meet some of the Cameron Park Zoo education animals.

2013 Camp Registration form - You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been processed.

~ Registrations received after May 9 will not be guaranteed their specified tee shirt size. ~

** After you have registered your camper(s) ~ please complete the 2013 Camp Liability Release for each camper.
Please either send with registration or bring this completed form with you the first day of camp. **

Age groups:
~ Kindergarten and first graders
~ Second and third graders
~ Fourth through sixth graders
Children will only be placed together if they are in the same age group as listed and based on availability.
