Adopt an animal at Cameron Park Zoo
By adopting an animal at the Cameron Park Zoo, you share your love for animals by helping ours receive the best possible care. With exciting new benefits such as personal meet and greets with animals and their keepers, there has never been a more exciting time to support the Zoo. For just $100.00, you can go where only zookeepers go! Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Adopting an animal for yourself or as a gift is both rewarding and fun. The Zoo is currently home to over 1,300 animals from around the world, many of which are rare and endangered. With that many mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians to feed, the Zoo’s annual grocery bill is over $200,000. Your adopt purchase helps us buy apples, carrots, crickets, hay, mealworms and much more. Thank you!
$25 – certificate, animal fact sheet, photo of your adopted animal
$50 – all of the above plus a stuffed animal
$100 – all of the above plus a behind the scenes with your adopted animal (when available) and one of the animal’s keepers
